The Western NY Teacher Recruitment Day (TRD) is the single largest opportunity you will have to network and interview with local, national, and international schools. By participating in TRD, you have the opportunity to interview with school representatives for real openings. TRD is an in-person event, and candidates will register via the CareerEco platform.

Participants must be able to meet all certification requirements by September 1, 2026, and be:

  • A currently enrolled bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree candidate or received a degree from a participating institution.

OR

  • Attending a participating institution for certification only or have received certification through a participating institution.
